Position Overview:
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for planning, directing and continuously improving all aspects
of DSS Protection's supply chain operations. This position provides leadership over procurement,
inventory management, logistics, supplier performance and demand planning to ensure products are
available to meet customer requirements while maintaining optimal inventory levels and controlling
costs. The role works closely with Sales, Service, Warehouse, Finance and Operations while leading
continuous improvement initiatives and managing the Purchasing Coordinator.

- 5-8 years of progressive supply chain/procurement experience
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- Strong ERP skills; Syspro preferred
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Procurement, inventory control, logistics and demand planning
- Transport Canada, TDG, ISO 9001 and OEM compliance requirements
- Long-lead safety equipment sourcing and supplier redundancy planning
